Q: HOW LONG DO PROJECTS USUALLY LAST?

based on the initial design consultation, we will ask what your anticipated deadline is and will approximate a time frame. this usually depends on the scope of the project and what is being ordered.

Q: CAN I SHOP ON MY OWN?

yes! however, you have hired us to design and complete a vision for your spaces. we ask that you include our designers when selecting/ purchasing items. your selection(s) may or may not be a good fit for the overall design, space or budget therefore we ask that you consult with us. when applicable. you will receive a detailed specifications page for items to be purchased direct. 

Q: WHAT ADDITIONAL COSTS CAN I EXPECT?

we do our best to give you a full cost outlook of each item at the time of proposal, but additional costs can sometimes arise. these are costs such as storage, shipping, installation, and/or unexpected labor costs which occasionally do happen. 

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT AN ITEM?

please bring these to our attention immediately and we will discuss them with you. if necessary, we will find a more desirable solution. the decision about what is purchased and installed in your space is ultimately yours. 

Q: CANI I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

most often orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. in the event that a vendor approves a full refund, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for the cost of the item, minus the purchasing fee and any other applicable fees such as restocking fees from vendor. 

Q: WHAT ABOUT A BUDGET?

we can work within your budget, whether you are looking for a completely custom masterpiece or something within the lines of CB2, or a mix of the two. having a budget in line is pertinent for having your project run smoothly and for your expectations to be met when the job is finished.

Q: HOW ARE THE ITEMS DELIVERED?

we work with you to ensure items are delivered accordingly and economically. clients are responsible for all shipping, storage and delivery fees. 

Q: WHAT IF I DECIDE MID-PROJECT I WANT TO ADD MORE TO THE ORIGINAL SCOPE?

we work on a design proposal basis, so after discussing your additional work needs, we will present you with a new proposal for you to approve. we also provide the option to contract on an hourly basis of $200/hr.
